Inspection trips are the best way to view the properties of your choice and to sample the gentle but exciting, Turkish lifestyle. We are able to offer a complete and truly professional service to those looking to buy property in Turkey; our sales team are both local and experienced, giving them the knowledge to offer sound advice on buying property and an excellent after sales service including management and rentals if required. Sunset Homes will also be able to advise on bank accounts, tax numbers, local lawyers, renting, furniture packs or any other service you may need in Turkey. On our inspection trip to Turkey, a Sunset Homes representative will greet you at the airport and transfer you to one of our rental properties providing your accommodation for the duration of your stay.
We will arrange your flights from the UK. Each day, you will be shown property within the areas and budget of your choice. We will show you local attractions and take you to the best restaurants that Turkey has to offer. Our intention is that you enjoy Turkey and all it has to offer as well as viewing property; therefore we are not interested in using ‘hard sell’ tactics on any of our inspection trips.

Our inspection trips run over 3-7days. The client pays the flight cost and Sunset Homes will pay ; Accomodation and return transfers in Turkey. You will also need to ensure that your passport is valid for six months from your departure date
